This kit is for all 250M's from serial number SR-2103M through SR-2784M. SR-2785M and above were built with the 616 router.
The later 250M used a Black & Decker or De Walt motor that is no longer available. The motor that is currently available from De Walt is larger and will not fit the machine as built. This kit converts the later 250M strike routers to use the De Walt DW616 router motor.
