Responsible for making outgoing calls to current and potential customers to secure sales, build rapport and business relationships. Develop and implement a strategy to prospect for new customers. Provide quotes and solutions to customers,. Conduct product research as needed. Enter orders, process credits and returns when necessary.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to follow up. Must be team focused.

Minimum one year prior inside sales experience is required.

CNC Machinist

Norfield is seeking an experienced CNC machinist. The successful candidate will be able to set up and operate vertical CNC mills producing a variety of precision parts from metal and plastic materials while maintaining a high level of quality. The ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential. Three years experience is desired. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Must enjoy working as part of a team. Service technician

We are seeking an experienced service technician based in Texas.  The service technician is responsible for repairs, startups of new equipment, upgrades and maintenance of Norfield equipment located at various customer sites throughout the eastern portion of the U.S. and Canada.  Responsible for providing phone support to external and internal customers.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience with repairing, maintaining or operating Norfield equipment. In addition qualified candidates must have the following:

Strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of the proper use of hand tools and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics is required. 
Must possess excellent people skills and represent the Company in a positive manner at all times. 
Attention to detail and safety is required. 
Demonstrate basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products. 
Must be punctual, organized and able to work independently under pressure, and able to meet deadlines.

This position requires frequent travel with overnight stays away from home.  Must be able to lift a tool box weighing up to 70 lbs.  While in the field, the job requires frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending and lifting.
