Basic Bore Master Drill Fixture

This is the workhorse of all Templaco Bore Master Kits. This clamp on door fixture will adjust from 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" backset positions for most all cylindrical locksets and will adjust for doors from as thin as 1" to 2-1/2" thick, (for thicker doors up to 3 inches please contact us). Each fixture is made from solid aluminum stock and heat treated aluminum castings, then machined by computer guided machines to maintain accuracy. User replaceable 1-1/2" long by 1/2” inside diameter bronze bushings at both edge bore and cross bore positions maintain a perfect alignment for the boring bits. Our perfected design is unique to the industry, as this clamp on boring fixture has the largest surface area contacting the door and the greatest holding power preventing the slightest movement on the door while in use. You can’t damage an expensive door because the fixture moved when you were boring the holes. We have these fixtures still being used after 17 years of service in the field. Stock Number: BM-001
