This Face Template System makes machining for "/panic"/ hardware a snap! The backset adjusts smoothly from 0" to 7" which makes it ideal for unilocks, flush pulls and even hospital latches, just line up the backset centerline on the built-in ruler.

This unique system consists of an adjustable base unit that accepts snap-on phenolic templates designed to perfectly match your hardware. The unit holds templates on both faces of the door at the same time, and tightens securely to the door with the twist of two knobs.

Each template is precisely machined and clearly labeled for accurate location on the base. Compact unit and templates make the Face Template System the right choice on the job site as well as in the shop. Excellent for Vincard, Saflok, Ilco, and many more

What makes our templates so durable?
Phenolic templates are a hard, dense material produced by applying heat and pressure to layers of linen or canvas impregnated with a synthetic resin. As the heat and pressure are applied, polymerization creates a strong, durable and mechanically stable composite that won’/t shrink or warp, and offers excellent impact strength.
