This kit is for all 250M's from serial number SR-2102M and lower.
The early 250M used a Black & Decker motor that is no longer available. The motor that is currently available from De Walt is longer and will not fit the machine as built. This kit converts the early 250M strike routers to use the De Walt DW616 router motor.
