 The HingeMaster is ideal for most job sites or shop applications. Now you can mortise the door and jamb simultaneously and install full hinge butts (3-1/2”, 4” and 4-1/2”) while the material is still in the fixture, assuring perfect alignment every time.

• The kit includes three fixtures which clamp to the door edge and support the jamb for hinge mortising. (a fourth fixture can be purchased for those applications requiring four hinges)
• Door and jamb reference stop assemblies are also included.
• Once the stop assemblies are set the hinge locations can be repeated from door to door without the use of a measuring tape.
• Both: 5/8" or 1/4" radius accessory kits (carbide tip router bit, shank and template guides) are included.
• Complete operating instructions are included.
• Can be used for either interior or exterior door units. Maximum door thickness is 1-3/4", while maximum jamb thickness is 1".
